A Cambodia-China martial arts performance was announced for April 30, 2026, in the northern area of Bayon Temple in Siem Reap.

The program combined Cambodian traditions including Kun Lbokator, Yuthkun Khom and Khmer boxing with Chinese disciplines such as Shaolin Kung Fu and Tai Chi. The Ministry of Tourism expected more than 1,000 national and international guests, with free public access.

Placing Khmer boxing beside other martial traditions shows how the ring can connect sport, culture and tourism. It also gives visitors who may not follow regular fight cards a new way to discover Cambodian martial arts.
